Marketing systems that run themselves.

vyflow builds and operates the full growth stack for healthcare practices: lead tracking that cannot be blocked, paid search that learns from booked patients, and AI agents that do the daily upkeep. One system, one place to see it all.

What we build

Every client runs the same proven stack.

01

Lead engine

Every inquiry is captured server-side with its ad click attached, so ad platforms learn from real patients, not from whatever a browser lets through.

02

Paid search

Google Ads structured per location, launched deliberately, and fed conversions that reflect booked appointments rather than form fills.

03

Local presence

Business Profiles audited, maintained, and measured for every location, with reviews answered and listings defended against silent changes.

04

AI operations

Agents keep the books: lead statuses update from front-desk activity, weekly reports write themselves, and nothing depends on someone remembering.

How it works

Three rules make it trustworthy.

The ledger is truth

Lead counts come from a server-side record that ad blockers cannot touch. Analytics is the map, never the scoreboard, so decisions rest on numbers that are actually complete.

Compliance is structural

For healthcare clients, patient information stays inside BAA-covered systems. Ad platforms receive click IDs and timestamps, nothing that identifies a person. Built in from day one, not patched in later.

Owned, not rented

Clients own their accounts, their data, and their history. vyflow operates the system and hands over clean keys if we ever part ways. No hostage infrastructure.

About

Built inside a real practice.

vyflow was built by Tarek Taha while running marketing and automation for a ten-clinic physical therapy group in Chicagoland. The stack described here is not a proposal. It is the system that captures, tracks, and reports that group's patient growth every day.

Now it is offered as a service: the same architecture, set up and operated for your practice.
